How SEIVIT handles browser extension data, account data, cloud sync, and shared listing statistics.

SEIVIT is a browser extension for saving listings, tracking price changes, and monitoring saved searches. This policy explains what data SEIVIT processes when you use the extension without an account, create an account, use cloud sync, or use shared listing features.

Browser extension data

SEIVIT stores saved listings, saved searches, notes, filters, settings, and price history in your browser storage. This lets the extension work without requiring an account.

If you use SEIVIT locally only, your saved listings and searches stay in your browser and are not automatically sent to SEIVIT servers.

Account creation and email

If you create a SEIVIT account, we may process your email address and technical account data needed for login, account identification, security, and support.

Your email address is primarily used to manage your account, support login-related actions, connect cloud sync data to your account, and send important service-related notices when needed. We do not sell your email address to third parties.

Account and sync data

If you create an account or use cloud sync, SEIVIT stores the data needed to synchronize your listings and searches between devices. This can include listing titles, URLs, portal names, prices, price history, availability information, notes, saved searches, filters, and extension settings.

Cloud sync is intended to help you restore your SEIVIT data or use it across multiple browsers/devices. When you sync data, your local browser data and cloud data may replace or merge with each other depending on the action selected in the extension.

Shared listing statistics

SEIVIT may store aggregated listing observations to improve price history, previous price changes, and market signal features. These records may include a listing URL, title, price, portal name, region, or the time when the listing was observed.

These shared records are used for features such as previously observed price history, top saved listings, or general statistical insights. These statistical records are not intended to expose private notes, account data, or user email addresses.

How data is used

SEIVIT uses data to provide listing saving, price change tracking, saved search monitoring, cloud sync, account management, shared listing features, and service reliability improvements.

We may process technical data such as error reports, sync timestamps, and service logs to diagnose issues and protect the service from misuse.

Data deletion

You can remove local extension data from your browser. If you use an account or cloud sync, you can delete cloud data through account controls in the extension where available, or by contacting us.

Third-party service providers

SEIVIT may use technical service providers required to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, or error logging providers. These services are used only to provide, maintain, and improve SEIVIT.
